The Classes

Since 2012, I’ve been learning how to cook the cuisines I adore: Georgian, Ukrainian, Persian, Middle Eastern. As I learn more about the foods and cultures of the Black Sea, the Caucasus Mountains, and beyond, I want to share my knowledge and passion for these heady flavors.

My cooking classes are hands-on, and they last about 3 ½ hours. Classes always end with a sit-down meal where we can sample what we’ve made that day and get to know each other a bit.
